Linux OSX Programmer

Design & develop new Customer driven Perl scripts for dnaLIMS.

Provide maintenance programming of existing Perl based CGI driven LIMS with bioinformatic scripts.

Provide maintenance programming of existing coreCalendar PHP application.
See Core Calendar   Select Limited User Login.

Required experience:

Writing Perl scripts within OSX/Linux environment.
Writing PHP programs within OSX/Linux environment.

Will use JavaScript, HTML, and shell scripts.
Experience with vi, Java, and MySQL a plus.
