dnaLIMS™
is a Web based bioinformatics LIMS that provides scientists and researches with
hardware independent software tools for processing and managing DNA sequencing requests.
The tools use Netscape, Safari, or Internet Explorer to access a Web server running on a UNIX computer
that is within the local network. This Web server is responsible for managing all aspects of DNA sequencing
from sample submission to retrieval of sequencing results.
