Time Blocking

With coreCalendar v1.5 you can quickly; block usage, notify effected users, send annoucements to all users and track downtime. coreCalendar helps you communictate with your user base so can take care of your lab.

Quickly View, Add and Edit Reservations

New in coreCalendar v1.5 is the reservation hints feature giving you a window into reservation information with a wave of the mouse.

Administrators have the ability to edit past and existing reservations from the calendar interface for all resources. As an administrator you can also set max and minimum time limits, create new general or restricted resources, block user level access to resources and so much more...

Users can quickly check for open resource time slots, request access to restricted resources and mamage reservations. All using their existing dnaLIMS account information.

Improved usage tracking

With the new blocking features comes improved usage tracking with the added ability to track the type of administration use of a resource. With a click of the button check the repair time for any given month for a resource. With a second click download a excel file for your records.
